Individual users needing security or having security problems or questions should first contact their PowerUser. Each Department’s security is established based on a specified structure and then security access and removal is requested to the SISS Office by the designated PowerUser(s).
To be given security a user must first have a netid and netid password and then the PowerUser should send a request to the SISS Office with the following information: Name, netid, User Group(s), and Batch privileges.
Multiple logins - A user may only have one login session with ImageNow and one login session with WebNow – multiple login sessions are not allowed.
