New programs should go through the normal processes of review and approval
with the Academic Council.
The New Program Form is provided to all
University Departments that expect to add a new academic program or
degree offering in the near future. The SISS office recognizes that
some new additions may be an extension of existing offerings, while
others may be entirely new to Duke. Therefore, the form asks a series
of questions intended to gather sufficient information to help the SISS
Office properly set-up the new program or degree offering.
Please fill-in the required fields and provide as much further information
as possible. Once the SISS office receives the form, someone will contact
you to verify the information and update any necessary missing data.
