Campus Community will cover how to update personal data, including: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ethnicity, and religious preference. In PS Version 9.0, there have been substantial changes to how most of this data is updated, and we will provide plenty of hands-on experience to allow users to become comfortable updating it. We will also cover adding and removing service indicators.
Although there have not been significant changes to the 3Cs (communications, checklists, and comments) we will give an overview of how these work, for users who do not currently use this functionality, and get some practice using them in the new version of PS.
We will also demonstrate new functionality called population selection/3Cs engine for adding 3Cs to students based on query or external file.
