Duke University upgraded to PeopleSoft, Version 8.0 in summer
2003. This version uses internet-based access and integration.
This next-generation architecture leverages a number of internet
technologies and concepts to deliver simple, ubiquitous access
to PeopleSoft applications and enable the open flow of information
between systems. In this on-line training developed by Synaptis,
a provider of consulting services and blended learning solutions,
you will learn how to navigate through PeopleSoft. Also, you get
a brief preview of some basic functionality.

- Log into the Synaptis
website. (Note: New
users will need to register here and your password will be sent
to you via email).
- Once you are logged in, click "Curriculum" from
the menu list.
- Select the link, "Introduction to PeopleSoft".
- Start the on-line training course.
